Paying for Roblox step by step

Use the card like any foreign bank card:

• Buy Robux and the subscription with a card on the Roblox website: the Robux page, then choose a payment method and enter the card details.
• In the mobile app purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, not directly by card — the website is easier for card payments.
• Roblox Plus renews automatically every month. The old Premium plan is no longer sold to new users, but it keeps working for existing members.
• The official alternative to a card is a Roblox gift card: redeem the code on the website for Robux or account credit. You can buy such a code in the «Market» section of the Libermall Card app.

What can go wrong

If the Roblox payment fails, it is usually one of these:

• Roblox does not serve users in Russia: the account may be restricted if the service decides it is used from Russia. The card does not change that.
• On child accounts Roblox may limit spending through parental controls — the payment fails until the limit is raised.
• Robux bought through the App Store follow Apple's rules: refunds and subscription cancellation go through Apple, not Roblox.
• If the card address is wrong, the payment form rejects the payment before any charge.
