Libermall Card

AML / KYC Policy

Libermall Card crypto-card service · last updated: June 2, 2026

1. Purpose

Libermall LLC and our payment partners work to prevent the service from being used for money laundering, financing of prohibited activity or sanctions evasion. This policy describes our core anti-money-laundering (AML/CTF) and customer-identification (KYC) principles.

2. Principles

  • a risk-based approach: the level of checks depends on the product and the nature of operations;
  • customer identification where required by law or partner rules;
  • monitoring of suspicious activity;
  • compliance with sanctions restrictions.

3. Customer identification (KYC)

Some products with extended capabilities require identity verification. In that case we (through identity partners) may request your name, date of birth, nationality, address, an identity document and a selfie. Without the required verification, access to such products may be limited.

4. Transaction monitoring

Operations are analysed for signs of unusual or suspicious activity. Where risks are identified, we may request additional information, suspend an operation or limit access.

5. Sanctions

The service is not available to persons in sanctioned countries or on sanctions lists. We may refuse service where sanctions risks exist.

6. Data retention & cooperation with authorities

Data related to identification and operations is retained for the periods required by applicable law and may be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required. See our Privacy Policy.
