Libermall Card is a service for issuing and managing virtual and plastic Visa and Mastercard cards funded with cryptocurrency. The service is operated by Libermall LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA (1914 Thomes Ave Ste 2 #3035, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA).

Cards are issued and processed by licensed payment partners. Libermall LLC is not a bank; we provide a technology service that gives access to our partners' card products.

By using Libermall Card, you agree to this Policy.

• Account: your Telegram ID and username, and, if provided, email and interface language.
• Verification (KYC): for cards that require identification — name, date of birth, nationality, address, identity-document data and a selfie, collected and verified via our identity partners.
• Transactions: amounts and statuses of top-ups, issuances and card transactions, crypto deposit addresses and on-chain transaction hashes.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, usage logs — for security, fraud prevention and service improvement.

Full card details (number, CVV) are handled by our card partners and are not stored by us in plain text.

• to identify users and meet AML/KYC requirements where applicable;
• to prevent fraud and abuse and keep funds secure;
• to provide support and resolve disputes;
• to inform you about transaction status and important service changes.

We share data only as needed to run the service:

• card and payment partners — to issue cards and process transactions;
• identity partners — for KYC where required;
• authorities — where required by law or to prevent fraud.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Transactions on public blockchains (TON, Tron/TRC-20, Bitcoin, etc.) are public and irreversible by nature. Deposit addresses and amounts are visible in the public ledger of the relevant network. We use this data only to credit your balance.

We use encryption for sensitive data in transit and at rest, access controls and monitoring. Sensitive card details are not stored in plain text. No system is perfectly secure, so we continuously improve our protections.

We keep data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Data related to financial transactions and identification may be kept longer, for the periods required by applicable law for financial and AML records.
