Terms of Use
Libermall Card crypto-card service · last updated: June 2, 2026
1. About the service
Libermall Card is a technology service that lets you issue virtual and plastic Visa and Mastercard cards and fund them with cryptocurrency. The service is operated by Libermall LLC (Wyoming, USA). Cards are issued and processed by licensed payment partners; Libermall LLC is not a bank.
By using the service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
To use the service, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old and legally capable;
- you are not located in a sanctioned country and are not on any sanctions list;
- you use the card for lawful, personal purposes;
- the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
3. Account
Access is via your Telegram account. You are responsible for keeping it secure and for all activity performed through it. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Cards, balance and top-ups
You fund an internal balance in cryptocurrency (USDT, TON, BTC) and use it to issue and top up cards. Credit happens after the transaction is confirmed on the relevant network. Crypto transfers are irreversible — send funds only to current addresses and in the exact amount shown in the app. Limits, available products and issuance terms depend on the card type; some products require identity verification (KYC).
5. Permitted and prohibited use
You may not use the service for:
- any unlawful activity, fraud or sanctions evasion;
- money laundering or financing of prohibited activity;
- operations that violate Visa/Mastercard or our partners' rules;
- purchasing goods or services prohibited by law.
We may decline, suspend or reverse operations that breach these Terms or applicable law.
6. Fees
Applicable fees for issuance, top-ups and card operations are shown in the app before you confirm. Topping up your balance in USDT on the TRON (TRC-20) network is free of charge. By confirming an operation you agree to the stated fees.
7. Disputes and card refunds
If you dispute a card transaction, first try to resolve it directly with the merchant; if that fails, contact support. Refunds and chargebacks are handled under card-network rules and our partners' timelines.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, when required by law, or to prevent fraud. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Libermall LLC is not liable for indirect damages or for failures of third-party networks, wallets, payment systems or partners. You are responsible for the accuracy of details and amounts when topping up.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes are communicated through the service. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
