What is Libermall Card?+
A crypto-card service: virtual and plastic Visa and Mastercard cards that you fund with cryptocurrency and spend like a regular bank card — online, in stores and via Apple Pay / Google Pay.
How do I top up the card?+
Top up your internal balance in USDT — over TRON (TRC-20) with no fee, or via TON Connect. Telegram Stars are also supported. Crediting is automatic.
Do I need KYC (verification)?+
There is a no-verification card option — fast, in a couple of steps. Some products with higher limits may require KYC; you will see this at issuance.
Do Apple Pay and Google Pay work?+
Yes — with Wallet-enabled cards (issued with verification): add it to Apple Pay / Google Pay and pay with your phone wherever contactless is accepted. The anonymous online card is for internet payments only.
Is there cashback?+
Yes, up to 10% cashback on purchases is credited straight to your balance — no subscriptions or recurring fees.
Where is the card accepted?+
Visa and Mastercard are accepted worldwide — online and offline, in most stores and services, including subscriptions.
How long does issuance take?+
A virtual card is issued in a couple of minutes right inside Telegram. Card details are available immediately after issuance.
How secure is it?+
Sensitive data is encrypted and card details are not stored in plain text. Access to your balance is only yours, via Telegram.
How do I get support?+

Do you offer an API or white-label for business?+
Yes. Issue cards under your own brand: with no code via the CMS CardOS builder, or over a full-cycle REST API (KYC, issuing, top-ups, webhooks). Terms are on the white-label page.
Can I buy a ready-made prepaid card?+
Yes — ready-made prepaid cards with a fixed balance are sold by our partner service Vale. And if you need a card long-term, issue your own in the app in a couple of minutes, with cashback and top-ups any time.
Do you have anonymous cards?+
Libermall Card offers no-verification cards — no passport or selfie needed. Fully anonymous cards are offered by our partners: 1984 VPN Card and Tegro Cash.
