Use the card like any foreign bank card:

• The money is charged when you place the order. Refunds go to the same card or to your SHEIN balance — you choose when requesting the return.
• Coupons and points apply at checkout, and you see the total before confirming.
• A saved card lets you pay for repeat orders without re-entering details.

What can go wrong

If the SHEIN payment fails, it is usually one of these:

• SHEIN runs separate sites per country, and delivery is only available to countries on its list. If yours is missing, you cannot place the order.
• If the site currency differs from the card currency, the total depends on the exchange rate.
• A large first order on a new account may go through a payment check.
