Telegram Premium can be paid either with Stars / via the app store, or directly by card at premium.telegram.org — by card is usually cheaper, with no App Store markup.
How to pay by card
- Issue and top up a card.
- Open premium.telegram.org and choose a subscription length.
- Enter the card details, confirm 3D Secure.
If you pay through the app on iPhone/Android, the charge goes to the card linked in App Store / Google Play — you can set the Libermall card there too (see App Store / Google Play).
