How to freeze or block a card
If you have any doubt about the card's safety, you can instantly freeze it (temporary) or block it (permanent) right in the app.
- Freeze — temporarily stops operations; you can unfreeze later.
- Block — permanently disables the card.
- Open the card page in the app.
- Choose “Freeze” or “Block”.
- Confirm the action.
If you suspect a leak of the details, freeze the card immediately and contact support.
