How to close a card and get the remaining balance back
If you no longer need a card, you can close it (block it). Any funds left on the card are returned to your internal balance — from there you can move them to another card or keep them for later.
Steps
- Open the card in the “Cards” section.
- Choose “Block” and confirm — the action is irreversible.
- The card's remaining balance returns to your balance after the released amount is reconciled.
🔴 Blocking is final: the card can't be brought back. If you only want to pause it temporarily, use freeze. If the remainder isn't back on your balance within the usual reconciliation time, message support.
