If a card payment won't go through, it's usually one of the reasons below. Check them in order.
Common reasons
- Not enough funds on the card — top up the card from your balance.
- The amount plus the network fee exceeds the balance — leave a small buffer.
- The operation category is prohibited for this product (e.g. transfers) — check the card terms.
- The service requires 3D Secure — confirm the operation in the app.
