How to pass KYC
- When issuing a card that requires verification, open the KYC section in the app.
- Fill in your data and upload a document and selfie following the prompts.
- Wait for the result — it usually takes a short while.
If issuance asks for KYC unexpectedly — you've picked a higher-limit product. A no-KYC card is available separately.
