What documents are needed for verification (KYC)
Verification (KYC) is only needed for higher-limit cards. Some products are issued without KYC. If verification is required, prepare your documents in advance to pass on the first try.
What's usually required
- An identity document — an international passport or national ID/passport (as prompted in the app).
- A selfie — sometimes with a head turn or motion (liveness check).
- Less often — proof of residential address (entered manually).
How to pass on the first try
- Shoot in good light, no glare, no cropped document corners.
- The document data must be readable and the document valid (not expired).
- Enter your name in Latin letters exactly as in the document — it goes onto the card.
Data is checked by a licensed payment partner and is protected. Never share card details or confirmation codes with anyone.
FAQ
Is an international passport mandatory?
Not always — the app will prompt the accepted documents. A national ID/passport often works.
Can I skip documents entirely?
Yes, there are cards without verification — they're issued immediately. KYC is only needed for higher-limit products.
