3D Secure confirmation doesn't arrive
3D Secure confirmation for a virtual card arrives in the app, not by SMS. If a payment is “hanging” awaiting confirmation:
- Open the Libermall Card app — the confirmation request appears there.
- Make sure you have the latest app version and an internet connection.
- If the request doesn't appear within a minute — retry the payment in the store.
If confirmation consistently doesn't arrive — message support with the time and amount of the operation.
