Top-up not credited

Crypto top-ups are credited automatically after network confirmations. If the balance didn't change — check the following.

• Whether the required number of network confirmations has passed — sometimes you need to wait a few minutes.
• Whether the sent amount matches the one shown (the exact tail matters for USDT TRC-20).
• Whether it's the right network — USDT must be sent over the network selected at top-up (TRC-20 ≠ TON).

If the amount or network differs from what was shown, the payment goes to manual review. Message support with the transaction hash (txid) — we'll find and credit it manually.
