Card is frozen or blocked
A card can be “frozen” (temporary, reversible) or “blocked” (permanent).
- If you froze the card yourself — unfreeze it on the card page in the app.
- If the card was blocked by the system — that's a protective measure; message support to sort it out.
A block on suspicion of compromise is in the interest of your security. Support will help restore access or issue a new card.
